Desert Bhaskar Sarma: ULFA(I) tells voters

The United Liberation Front of Asom (I) has warned the people to stay away from Margherita BJP candidate Bhaskar Sarma in the run up to the Assam assembly polls. In a statement issued by Aronodoy Asom on Tuesday, the rebel outfit said that the people of Assam should not work at the instance of BJP who has fielded Sarma, who presided over the gory secret killing cases which came to an end end only in April 2001.

The rebel outfit earlier asked BJP not to field Sarma.
