Annual Sports and Cultural Week of Tangla College concluds

The Annual Sports and Cultural week of the academic session 2015-2016 of Tangla College concluded today. The four day event would included various Sports competition, Gymnasium competition, culture and literary competition ,cultural rally. On February 6 a discussion on "Use of Plastic and its Effect on environment" which was followed by an Open session presided over by Dr. Prasen Daimari Principal of the college. The session was inagurated by Nerswn Boro Deputy Speaker BTC. Kamali Basumatari MLA Panery LAC was present as the chief guest of the event while Retd. Prof. Binoy Kr. Medhi graced the event as appointed speaker. The meeting was also attended by members of various student bodies. The session concluded with prize distribution ceremony and vote of thanks offered by Principal of the College.
