BPF announce two more candidates
BPF president Hagrama Mohilary announced two more candidates to contest ensuing election at a party meeting at Dotma in Kokrajhar on Sunday.
Rabiram Narzary, newly unified with BPF from BPPF has need nominated for Kokrajhar West and Milan Boro, Bawanipur constituencies.
With today's announcement BPF's candidate toll goes 16 seats. BPF is winning in large number seats in which they are contesting, Hagrama Mohilary claimed.

Former president of Kokrajhar district unit of Bharatiya Janata Party, Binati Bala Basumatary resigned from her party membership on Monday. Basumatary submitted her resignation letter to the state party president citating personal reason . She was Kokrajhar district BJP president for 2011-2015, who had gained strength of the party through her strong leadership in the district. Three cadres of the NDFB(S) were arrested by security forces in a joint operation belonging to police and army at Hakata village under Barama PS in Baksa district on Sunday. The cadres were identified as Jwangsar Boro @ KK, Mohit Mushahary and Pramod Ramchiary @ Khankari @Raja of Baksa district.
