ULFA section declares ceasefire

This can not be considered as ultimate solution. Like present Tarun Gogoi late Hiteswar Saikia also tried to break down the out-fit but ultimate result is zero.

Security is the main cause behind their self reestablishment.... Provided security for a noble cause I too agree they need to established as they have shattered lives of many and even try to reconcile by helping administration and the people at large and become social.

Assam Governor Lt general (Retd.) Ajoy Singh on Saturday has visited Gauhati university campus and discussed the administrative matters with registrar in charge.
