Barhoongka beat Dowdini at Kagrabari

Barhoongka AC from Kokrajhar beat Dowdini SC from Debargaon 3-1 on Friday and entered into final match of the Tikendra Brahma and Aolang Brahma memorial football trophy in Friday's match plated at Kagrabari ground in Kokrajhar.

For Barhoongka, Lamminthang Touthang scored two goals in 9 minutes and 20 minutes and led the team 2-0 in the first half. Daniel LalruaiItuanga again scored another goal in 55 minutes through which Barhoongka gained 3 goals. Jitu Basumatary of Dowdini reduced a goal scoring in 80 minutes in the second half, and lost to Barhoongka 1-3. Barhoongka AC fron Kokrajhar will take on Jothai SC from Gendrabil in thd final match to be played on October 26.
