HC to hear PIL against APSC on Oct 6

Gauhati High Court on October 5 will hear Akhil Gogoi’s PIL alleging anomalies in the civil services examination by the Assam Public Service Commission.

A division bench of the court on Monday took serious note on the allegations of disproportionate assets belonging to APSC chairman Rakesh Paul and asked a senior police officer to probe it and file an affidavit accordingly.
