Policemen foundation day

The All Assam Police Department Ministerial Officers Association observed it's 16th foundation day with a daylong programme at Bodoland Guest House in Kokrajhar on Wednesday.

Association president Dibakar Sarma hoisted the flag while BTAD IGP, LR Bishnoi paid homage to martyrs in the morning.
They further took out a rally to mark the occasion to be participated from the delegates of different districts, which was started from Bodoland Guess House complex.

Sarma said that the association has been putting pressure on the government to implement their various demands. The demands include regularization of the casual employees, pay hike.
He said that the association has been mounting pressure on the authority to meet early solution of the problem.
