Curious UFO in sky!

An unidentified object hovering around the sky in upper Assam pulled no less spell of curiosity among lakhs of people on Wednesday evening.

Much to the utter surprise and curiosity, the comet like object was spotted in the sky in and around the Naharkatiya area at around 9 in the evening forcing the people to come out of their homes to watch the strange objects. But there was no conclusion even from the experts.

The same object struck the heavy attention of the people in Dibrugarh district on Tuesday night.

 

Meanwhile, ISRO officials in Shillong told Assam Times that they were not aware of such objects in the sky. But they said if it is spotted it might be drones.

whether ISRO or NASA they will never confess that ufos are of extraterrestrial origin...i have witnessed an ufo from the front yard of my house in jorhat,assam, india on 23rd june 2015...the ufo hovered for about 40mins and finally shot off at lightning speed into the night sky..it can travel at the blink of an eye and i dont think that a drone has that technology...if drones can accelerate at lightning speed then we sud able to go for interstellar travel sitting in a drone itself..whatever i saw was nothing made on earth..nothing made om earth has technology to accelerate away and shot off at the speed of lightning

Yes. I live in dibrugarh 2days after this event i saw a ufo around 8pm while i was talking to my friend on phone suddenly i heard a loud noise and the phone's signal was lost.my frined too heard ths noise. I looked up and i saw a big ufo with purple light hovering on top of me. I quickly went inside and called my mom and sister. When they came it went away in a lighting size and became like a star but was moving very fast. My friend also saw the ufo

NHRC notice to Assam, Nagaland

The National Human Rights Commission has sought reports from Assam and Nagaland DGPs on the recent recovery of nine bodies in Dimapur. The rights panel has asked for the reports within four weeks.On the other hand, Assam Chief minister Tarun Gogoi is set to recommend a high level probe either by CBI or NIA into the entire incident.

Chief minister Tarun Gogoi will formally distribute computers for HSLC successful students on January 25 instead of Thursday.Talking to reporters, Gogoi said that the event has been rescheduled due to unavoidable reasons.   

Lukayukta Bill soon

The Assam Government will soon move a bill in the upcoming assembly session to appoint Lukayukta in the state.Disclosing this, chief minister Tarun Gogoi told reporters in Dispur on Wednesday that the bill to this effect would be raised in the short assembly session to clear the decks for appointing the Lukayukta in the line of the Central government.

ULFA(I) kills senior leader

A senior ULFA leader belonging to the Paresh Baruah faction is learnt to have met punishment for his alleged involvement in a financial scam.According to sources, the ULFA (I) leader is believed to be Partha Pratim Gogoi who has been partially looking after the finance side for the last couple of years.Gogoi, the self styled eastern area commander was killed by the organization a few days back. There is no details of the scam that rocked the banned insurgent outfit.

Cong set to win 2 RS seats

Youths crushed to death

Two local youths were killed in Nagaon district when a speeding truck rammed in to their scooter on Tuesday.The tragic mishap took place on the national highway in Bebejia when the scooter in which the youths were riding on from the market.The duo died on the spot. An irate mob then came to the street and set on fire the truck after the driver managed to escape.
