Love, marriage then visa trouble
Everything is going hunky dory after she was married to Aboni Koch. She got his love, emotion and what not. Yes, we are talking of Shailey who is landing in trouble. Trouble brews not because of Aboni whom she married after falling in love through the Facebook. The real story is different.
The Germany girl came to India with her visa which is expiring by this month-end. After landing in the Indian state of Assam she formally got married to Aboni on May 16, who is by profession a watchman.
Caught in utter confusion, the newly wed couple have been moving police and court to help them extend the visa period to enable the German lady to stay back in Assam.
“Trouble awaits her if she fails to extend the visa period. But she and her new family members have been sparing no pain to get the visa period extended,” said a local resident in Barpathar area where the family houses.
When moved with relevant document, the Golaghat superintendent of police has assured them of help to ensure extension of the visa period.
Talking to Assam Times, additional SP Numal Mahato said "from our side we are trying our best to provide all possible help and yet we are bound to act according to the law."

The Golaghat police nabbed two persons from Furkating Rail station after recovering ganja from their possession on Wednesday night. Identified as Vijay Chetri and Ganesh Pandey, the duo were carrying ganja worth Rs 3 lakh from Manipur to Arunachal Pradesh. Talking to reporters in Golaghat on Wednesday, the adviser said joining active politics is a personal thing and that he has hardly anything to do. “The duo join BJP after their tremendous contribution for AASU. But I personally can say that AASU will never compromise the greater interest of Assam and its people,” said Dr Bhattacharya.
