Barhoongka AC get champs

Barhoongka Athletics Club (AC) in Kokrajhar scripted the title of championship defeating Jothai AC 2-0 in the Super Division football league of Kokrajhar district sports association (KDSA) in the final match played at KDSA ground on Sunday in Kokrajhar.

Ajit Karjee of Barhoongka posted first goal in 80 minutes of second half and Michael Apo Doley netted another goal in the additional time(90+4) which led the team to win 2-0 in the match.

BTC executive member Doneswar Goyary handed over trophy and cash 5000 to championship team while noted footballer Bani Kanta Narzary given away trophy and cash 3000.

In 2015 session's division 'A' league, Tiniali Rising club won the league defeating Patgaon Avalence club in the final that held on September 10.
