Lawyers to move SC to end logjam

Senior lawyers in Gauhati High Court will send a delegation to the Supreme Court seeking the apex court’s intervention to break the PIL logjam.

Talking to reporters at the court premises on Thursday senior lawyer Arup Borbra said that the need of the hour is the Supreme Court’s intervention to break the deadlock.

For the fourth consecutive days the lawyers have been boycotting the bench of acting chief justice alleging his recent move on PILs.
