On the question of Naga pact

Prime minister Narendra Modi claimed to have signed the Naga peace accord to help the insurgent come back to the national mainstream.
Addressing a huge crowd at Dubai on Monday night, Modi said peace gains top priority of his government.
He hoped that the recent accord with the NSCN-IM would help the restive north eastern region restore peace and normalcy.
