Chopper crashes in Deomali!

The chopper carrying the Tirap Deputy Commissioner is believed to have crashed at a dense jungle in Arunachal Pradesh on Tuesday.

Local residents in Deomali near Tirap claimed to have seen something like a crashed chopper in the evening. But operation is not so easy in these hilly and forest terrain. There is no hope of any survivors.

Earlier Kalugaon area bordering Arunachal Pradesh told Assam Times that they came to hear a huge sound of some explosion in the air at around 3 in the afternoon. But they failed to fathom it at all.

The villagers claimed to have heard it only after the TV channels beamed the breaking news of the chopper missing.
