Additional portfolios for trio

Senior cabinet minister Rockybul Hussain will look after the power portfolio in addition to his agriculture department.
According to the Chief Minister’s Office, PWD minister Ajanta Neog gets the social welfare portfolio while Basanta Das will look after industry, commerce and public institutions.
The exercise assumes significance at a time when chief minister Tarun Gogoi has been talking for a minor expansion of his cabinet with the reinduction of Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma.
