The Gauhati High Court has yet to finalise the PIL seeking the court’s intervention on the alleged corruption in APSC in the seletion of ACS, APS and allied services.
According to soures, scrutiny panel has yet to take any conclusion on the PIL file by Akhil Gogoi and therefore, it is yet to be registered.
The PIL sought a CBI probe, mainly on the irregularities of the 2013 examinations and the role of APSC's present Chairman Rakesh Kumar Paul.
