Pilgrims still pouring in

More than 15 lakh people have thronged atop the Nilachal hill to get a glimpse of the ambubachi fair ending on Friday.

More and more pilgrims are still pouring in to attend the festival a day before the temple resumes the normal functionings on Friday.

Around 1000 security personnel have been guarding the fair venue apprehending militant strike. A high level team of district administration has been monitoring the situation.

The doors of the ancient temple opens at 7 in the morning on Friday to facilitate the pilgrims to visit the temple.
