AASU burns draft of land swap deal
Students activists from Kokrajhar district committee of the All Assam Students Union protested and burnt draft of land swap deal supported from state government at Kokrajhar town near Rajmela ground today.
The activists shouted slogans against state govt and demanded withdrawal of supporting letter on the matter of land swap deal with Bangladesh, which has been gaining against interest of Assam.
The students union slammed the CM Tarun Gogoi for stepping to support the land swap deal and expressed their resented that people and land if the state would be affected through deal in the region.
