Poachers held with arms

Police have arrested three poachers in Darrang district on Thursday hardly 24 hours after a full grown rhino was killed in Kaziranga

Identified as Abdul Bareq, Noor Islam and M Islam, the trio were picked up during a joint operation at Borsola area in the evening. 

Police further claimed to have seized 2 rifles along with a grenade from their possession. 

They were held hardly a day after poachers killed a full grown rhino and took away the horn in Kaziranga.
