PCDR declares seven more nominations
The Peoples’ Coordination for Democratic Rights (PCDR),a united organisation of various communities announced names of seven more candidates for the April 8 BTC elections.
The list includes Buddhadev Mushahari from Debargaon, Rukendra Nath Brahm from Guma, Piyali Phukan Nath from Fakiragram, Sukamal Mollik from Turibari, Jogeswar Basumatary from Mothunguri, Dilip Barman from Nagrijuli and Mohd Usuf Ali from Mwidwibari constituency.
The organisation has so far declared 35 names for the 40 constituencies of the council. The final list for remaining five constituencies Dotma, Parbhatjhora, Nonwi Serfang, Pasnwi Serfang and Srirampur will be released shortly, said a senior leader of the oragnisation.
