Congress leaders and workers, mostly, are unhappy with the reshuffle move where Gaurom Roy is likely to be dropped.

Minutes after the Barak valley leader put in his papers, Congressmen have started demanding his reinduction in the cabinet saying that they are ready to stage more protest if Roy is ignored.

Roy, however, has appealed to his loyalists not to stage any protest saying that he would be on their service always.
