The trouble seems to have spread beyond Kokrajhar and Sonitpur a day after the carnage that left around 70 killed on Tuesday. The militants unleashed yet another reign of terror in Udalguri leaving an Adivasi man injured on Wednesday. The incident took place in the evening when the militants started indiscriminate firing at a village where one person sustained injury. They further set ablaze several houses after the panic stricken people fled from their homes fearing attack. The injured is battling with death in the hospital. Hours after the attack, Adivasi people in large number came out and burnt down many huts in Lamabari and the Udalguri weekly market forcing police to step in.
