Three injured in grenade blast

At least three persons sustained injured including two woman following five grenade serially lobbed by unidentified miscreants, of which two exploded at Patgaon Labrabati along 31( C) National Highway on Monday evening in Kokrajhar district.

Unidentified miscreants exploded twin greandes at around 7 pm at Patgaon near Labrabati Hotel along National Highway under Patgaon police outpost in Kokrajhar district where three persons including two woman received injuries. One of three injures said to be critical and immediately rushed to Kokrajhar Rup Nath Brahma civil hospital.

The injures are identified as Satra Maya Roy,Purnima Roy and Nur Bahadur,who are hailed from Nepal. The miscreants escaped through scope of dark after the incident.Miscreants also lobbed grenade at Alangi;two greandes were lobbed at Gossaigaon Chariali and Kachugaon near police station respectively under Gossaigaon sub-division,but were  not exploded.
