Rhino poaching revisits

After a brief lull, rhino poaching revisits Pobitora. Despite round-the-clock vigil, poachers have killed yet another rhino at time when the wild life sanctuary is teeming with hundreds of tourists.

The poachers struck at the stork of midnight forcing the forest guards to launch an offensive immediately. They recovered the carcass of the animal towards the wee hours near Dholi Bil inside the sanctuary. But the horn was missing.
