Bank strike affects Kokrajhar

 Bank customer and businessmen in Kokrajhar,heart of BTAD administration were affected following 12-hours all India bank strike observed by United Forum of Bank Union today,demanding immediate settlement of wage revisions across the country.

All banks in Kokrajhar including State Bank of India,Central Bank of India,Assam Gramin Vikash Bank,United Bank of India remained off on the day.

The bank customer and businessmen expressed their resented that they face hardship in their managing family and business purposes following strike of bank today.They said that they did not know about strike and visited banks to draw money for their,but saw bank closed on the day.
