Pobitora opens for tourists

Pobitora wildlife sanctuary opens for tourists on Sunday a day after Kaziranga National Park. Forest minister Rockybul Hussain opened the sanctuary at a brief function in Morigaon this morning. Around 200 tourists from the country and abroad visited the park on jeep and elephant safari. Mayong’s titular king was also present in the function.

The Ministry of Ayush and the Ministry of Rural Development have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop skilled manpower for the Ayush healthcare system.
