The 1000 hour bandh has evoked mixed response in Dima Hasao district on Monday. Vehicles are normally plying on the roads in the hills district. Shops and markets, mostly, are running business. School and colleges along with the government offices are opening. The Dima Hasao district administration is closely monitoring the situation. Security forces are ready to ensure normalcy during the bandh hours called by JACAS raising a slew of demands for the both the hills district.
