Over the years, there has been a sharp rise in the rhino poachings in the Kaziranga National Park were the north east militants are actively involved. Just to get rid of his failure and the congress government's failure in protecting the rhinos he made an excuses by blaming the militants.If militants are there why the police or guards are not anything. It is a clear nexus of politicians and poachers who are enjoying the profits.
