Jaiklong's wife files petition
Family members of arrested television journalist Jaiklong Brahma alleged that police has not yet made medical care available to him. She demanded medical facility for Brahma and that he be kept in a suitable room. Citra Friday filed a petition seeking immediate medical facility and health care.
Kokrajhar correspondent for News Live, Brahma was arrested on September 2 under suspicion of aiding the banned NDFB (S). He is presently under five days police remand.
