Apart from three top political leaders, the Central Bureau of Investigation pulls up its sleeves to quiz a steel and media baron in the multi crore Saradhascam.
According to sources, the possibility of the industrialist turned media tycoon’s involvement gripped when CBI questioned businessmen Rajesh Bajaj in Kolakata office from Thursday.
Bajaj, who was instrumental in augmenting the deal between Sudipta Sen and CongressMP Matang Singh, was posted as the chief operating officer with a Guwahati based news channel owned by Matang Sinh. There is another deal which took place at his initiatives. But the deal is under CBI scanner which was why the investigating agency conducted searches at Singh's residence in New Delhi. //
