The Bodoland Students Union (BSU) felicitated the first divion holder students including rank holders in HSLC examination conducted by SEBA/CBSE at a function held Bodofa Cultural complex in Kokrajhar today.
A total 494 students was warm welcomed and felicitated with traditional Aronai and a citation,which was organised by Kokrajhar district unit of the students union.
Nitin Khade,Kokrajhar deputy commissioner,BTc executive members Derhasat Basumatary,Mono Kumar Brahma,Jagadish Chandra Brahma,I S Kokrajhar,BTC member,Swgwmsar Basumatary, president BSU, Donswar Goyary graced the function and gave away the citations.
Khade said the students community should comefoward for uplifting the society so that cociety can get healthy situations.He has urged the students to dedicate their ambition to take higher studies and step to be good personality.
