Bolero van recovered

Police recovered a Bolero pickup van from Kokrajhar town near Anikha Hotel on Tuesday.
The Bolero with registration number plate less was parking at the town and suspicion by the public latter informed the police which lead to recover the van. 

The police said that they have been observing the van for owner but none having owner they picked up the van. It is suspected that the car lifter was brought it after theft and parked in the town, police said.

Women’s Day celebrated at NTPC

Bongaigaon Thermal Power Project also joined the rest of the country in celebrating International Women’s Day here at Salakati on Tuesday in Kokrajhar district. UtpalChakrabarti, Group General Manager of NTPP spoke at length about the history of this august day and how at present society, women are leading at important positions throughout the world. Bhaskar Pradip Mahanta Memorial lecture
