As many as 15 dissident MLAs and ministers have been camping in New Delhi to appear before the three member panel set up to deal with the issue.
Health and family welfare minister Dr Himanta Biswa, who has been leading the dissidence against chief minister Tarun Gogoi left for the capital on Sunday evening after he was sought.
Fifteen others including Sarat Borkotoky arrived in the capital on Tuesday evening.
Sources said that consisting of Dr CP Joshi, Motilal Vhora and Dr Gulam Nabi Azad, the three member panel will talk to 5 MLAs and Minister on Wednesday.
The panel is expected to submit the findings by mid-June. Gandhi will take her final call on the basis of the report.
