Cong prospect intact: Exit poll

No major setback awaits Congress in the Lok Sabha polls if the exit polls are any indication.

CSDS-sponsored exit poll has projected 40% vote share for the ruling party 1% up from 2009 Lok sabha polls.

The exit poll broadcast by CNN-IBN further projected rise the BJP’s vote share from 2009 and that AGP’s vote share would significantly go down from the 2009.

On the other hand, Times Now Org exit polls has projected 5 seats for the ruling party---2 seats down from the existing 7.

It has predicted significant rise in BJP tally from 4 to 7 this time.

According to Times Now, AGP is unlikely to open its account while AIUDF and others will get one seat each.
