Health minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma said the government will institute a committee of PP Verma to probe the AMCH incident.
Talking to reporters at Khanapara on Monday after his brief meeting with chief minister Tarun Gogoi, the health minister said that process was on to suspend AMCH principal Dr AK Adhikary.
“ We have already announced Principal I/C for AMC,.” said Dr Sarma a day after he visited the Assam Medical College Hospital where a wardbody killed a doctor on her duty at an ICU unit.
