Centre prepared to help Gogoi

The Centre is all prepared to help Dispur deal with the volatile law and order situation in BTAD where 12 people died and 10 others sustained injury.

During telephonic conversation with Tarun Gogoi, Union home minister Sushilkumar Shinde assured the Chief Minister of all possible help to restore normalcy back to BTAD areas.

Apart from 10 CRPF companies, the home minister further agreed to rush army to deal with the situation.
