BPF targets district admn

BPF party has alleged that district administration has not taken any step to arrests involved culprits with house vandalized at Balapara part I and II under Tulsibil police outpost in Kokrajhar on April 24 last during the third and final phase election, despite party had lodged FIR against the incidents with police.
The supporters of Independent candidate Naba Kumar Sarania(Hira),backed by Janagostiya Aikhya Mancha under the leadership Abdul Ghani Ahmed, village headman of Balapara under Tulsibil police outpost vandalized houses of six BPF supporters and damages several properties on the day broad light on Thursday last during parliamentary election.
The affected persons from Balapara part I and II have been identified as Moinul Haque, VCDC member, Sanowar Ali, Sahinur Siddique,Ukiluddin Ahmed,BPF primary member, Ajad Ali and Ashur Ali whose houses and properties were totally vandalized by Sarania supporters.

Pradip Kumar Brahma, Kokrajhar west MLA and party leaders visited Balapara to take stock of the incident and met the affected peoples on Sunday. Brahma said the party lodged FIR with police yet district administration has not any step to nab involved culprits in the area. He has demanded stern action against the houses vandalized and culprits should be punished as per law and maintaining of peace and harmony among all sections of community.
