One shot at in Kokrajhar

A person identified as Faijal Ali of Chengnala was shot at by unidentified armed miscreants this morning around 8.30 am under Dotma police station in Kokrajhar.

According to villagers of the Chengnala armed unidentified miscreants fired Ali this morning at his home when he was taking morning breakfast and received bullet injury on his mouth. He was immediately rushed to Kokrajhar Rup Nath Brahma civil Hospital.

Ali was supporter of Independent candidate Urkhao Gwra Brahma to the Kokrajhar Lok Sabha constituency. Brahma visited the hospital to take stock of Ali’s injury.
