Jorhat Congress candidate BK Handique has exercised his franchise in Jorhat in the morning on Monday.

Accompanied by his wife and daughters, the former Union minister arrived in his booth at DC Baruah Girls HS School in No 13 ward of Jorhat town and casted his vote.

Talking to reporters he said that his performance during the last ten years would help him poll more votes than the last time.
