Subba admitted to Medantacity

Mani Kumar Subba has been admitted to the Medanta City Hospital in Gurgaon after he was flown from Guwahati on Saturday.

Doctors at GNRC advised the family member of the Tezpur independent candidate to airdash him to the national capital after his condition refused to improve from Saturday morning.

According to information, Subba’s condition improved on Friday. But suddenly it deteriorated in the morning forcing his family members to shift him to Gurgaon.

He was rushed to GNRC on Friday hours after he complianed of cardiac problem.

The United Liberation Front of Assam (I) handed down the death penalty to two of its cadres for their alleged involvement with espionage. In a press communique, the outlawed outfit said that its two cadres, Sanjiv Sarma and Dhanjit Das, were found to be involved in espionage. Guwahati: The United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA-I) has alleged a nefarious conspiracy by police and the army to crush their spine, engaging a section of youths who were dispatched to the jungles to join the rebel outfit. In a statement sent to media,  the proscribed outfit claimed to have caught the conspiracy as they grilled a youth from Baihata Chariali in Kamrup who recently joined the outfit.  They have published a list of youths who were trained to target the outfit.. The Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) has refuted reports that some more leaders would soon desert the party. According to some reports, among others,  former minister and MP Prodyut Bordoloi, former minister and MLA Rockeybool Hussain, and former minister Bismita Gogoi would quit the party at any time.
