1 held with money in cash

Nagaon police have arrested a person and seized a huge amount of money from his possession on Tuesday.

The entire amount was seized from the person during a stepped up operation in Borghat.

Identified as Hari Singh, the person was believed to have been carrying the amount of Rs ,71,000 among a section of the voters on behalf of a Lok Sabha poll candidate.
