No respite for Akhil even after bail

The Gauhati High Court on Monday granted bail to Akhil Gogoi in four cases. But the KMSS president won’t be able to come out of the jail.

A division bench of Justice BD Agarwal on Monday heard the petitions in four cases and granted bails. But he was against arrested in three more old cases.

According to sources, despite directive police failed to submit the case diaries before the court. That’s what made Akhil Gogoi’s counsel to procure bail.
