The Gauhati High Court is expected to pass its judgment on Akhil Gogoi’s bail plea on March 24.
A division bench of the court on Thursday heard the bail petition moved in connection to the case filed by Tuwaram Sarania, who charged him with masterminding a conspiracy where his son Pranab Boro resorted to self immolation.
The court, however, asked police to submit the case diaries in detail by March 24.
Gogoi on Wednesday procured bail in one of the case of self immolation by Pranab Boro in Dispur on February 24.
