Zubeen Garg appeals for release of kidnapped Quippo officials

KOKRAJHAR:  Noted singer Zubeen Garg has appealed to the ULFA-I to release the two officials of Quippo on humanitarian ground.

"Please do not play of politics on human life. People wish to live with their family. So Quippo officials should be released",Garg said.

Garg said above remarks in Kokrajhar while attending the cultural nite "Ragam: The Bodoland Sanskriti festival" which concluded on Sunday evening.  

Garg inaugurated the cultural evening amidst a huge gathering of of his fans.

BTR chief executive member Pramod Boro was also present in the event.
