Summer Modern Dance Workshop Conclude's in Hojai.


Hojai:-Guwahati based North East Vision's 7 days Summer Modern Dance Workshop  Concluded on Wednesday at Abdul Hasib Higher Secondary School in Hojai. The workshop began on 5th July.

SOS Children's Village Director Paresh Badyakar graced the Closing Ceremony as Chief Guest,  North East Vision's Director Natun Hazarika, Bollywood Choreographer and 2017 Dada Saheb Palek Film Foundation Awardee Shivam Rock (Gupta) , Satyam Rajput from Mumbai and Rahul from Guwahati graced the occasion as Guest. 

9 Candidates have selected from Hojai for
29th and 30th October All India Song, Dance and Drama Competition for representing Assam team. The candidate's are as follow's Bhaswati Goswami, Pratashi Kashkap, Krishna Biswas, Annay Nath, Supriya Mandal, Rubina Khatun, Aishya Begum Chaudhury, Khiteshwari Rajbangonshi and Denku Sarkar.

Speaking on the Occasion, Paresh Badyakar said," This type of activities with studies enable's children's to explore more and they get to know their area of interest."

"This 9 candidate's will be provided Free of cost training by North East Vision for this all India Competition" announced Nutan Hazarika, Director North East Vision.

The meeting was presided over by Lecturer of Ajmal College Jyoti Hazarika, where all the children's participated in this 7 day's workshop were presented with  a Certificate.The teacher's who contributed in organising this event were Sagorika Mahanta,Ardhana Sharma and  Smt. Nath.

Notably, For the first at Hojai trainer from Mumbai were present in this type of event in Hojai.

In a sensational incident, one Ramanand Bora (20) was killed by his neighbour at Dakhin Bidyanagar in Hojai on Friday night. As per information, neighbour Deepak Rajkhowa repeatedly stabbed Ramanand with a sharp weapon.
