Successful students feted in Kokrajhar

KOKRAJHAR: In a bid to encourage the upcoming youths, the Goria Moria Desi Jatiya Parishad of Kokrajhar district unit offered warm felicitation to the successful students, who passed out HS/HSLC final examinations, 2018 at a programme held at Baruahpara LP School premises in Kokrajhar on Sunday. A total 62 students were feted on the occasion with traditional Gamocha, gift items and books. State minister for Social welfare department, Pramila Rani Brahma; Kokrajhar SP, Rajen Singh; President of the Parishad, Hafijul Ahmed attended the programme as distinguished guests and felicitated the successful students that attracted attended gathering. Brahma urged the student community to be dedicated while pursuing higher studies in their career building. She said that education is the backbone of the society, so each and every student must work hard and to climb the ladder of sucess.
