A huge joint team of army and Indian Air Force is believed to have reached Ashrabari along Assam-Arunachal Pradesh to recover the Sukhoi 30 which went missing on Tuesday with two pilots on board.

Local residents in the  area claimed to have seen the jet fighter crash landed in the dense forest  which forced the rescuers to concentrate on thr area.

Nearly a dozen of choppers have been deployed in the search operation which is expected to intensity in the afternoon. But the rescuers have been finding it a tough time because of thr inclement weather.

Of course, nobody is in the know of the pilot duo who took off at 10.30 in the morning from Salonibari airport in Tezpur.

As many as sixteen army and IAF teams  found it quite difficult in Sonitpur district to intensity the rescue operation in the face of an inclement weather on Wednesday.
