SC blow for MLA
Trouble seems to have deepen for parliamentary secretary Jivantara Ghatowara when supreme court takes serious cognizance of her false particulars in her poll affidavits.
Taking up a petition moved by an AGP leader, a division bench of the apex court comprising Justice RM Lodha and Justice MB Lukur ordered the authorities to register case against Moran MLA. Rajkonwar, who was her close contest alleged false particulars in her affidavits before the election commission.
