Sada sacked from publication board

The Assam government has removed Sadananda Gogoi from the state publication Board a day after CBI arrested the top official in connection with Saradha scam.

According to sources, the education minister further has dissolved the core committee of the Board where Gogoi was holding the post of convener.

The popular singer was appointed the Board Secretary when Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma was holding the portfolio of education department.
