Ripun Bora remanded to 3 days police custody

A CBI special court on Wednesday has remanded sacked Assam education minister, his associates Ramesh Maheswai to three days police custody while CBI prayed for more time to investigate the case relating to his attempt to hush up a murder case by offering a hefty Rs 10 lakh bribe. Scribe Mumul Pathak who was also arrested with Bora was remanded to 2 days transit custody after hearing the case at around 12 noon.
