PC talks peace with Rajkhowa, CM

If everything goes well, ULFA and the government will strike direct peace deal. This the clear cut indication in Dispur on Tuesday. Government interlocutor PC Halder held two rounds of closed door meets separately with Chief minister and ULFA boss Arabinda Rajkhowa in Guwahati. In the morning the former intelligence bureau chief met Rajkhowa and talked of the recent development and the possible impact in the on going process.
